- The company looks for Engineers to train as sales guys, the sales training program is excellent, the perfect place to learn sales 1-0-1. - Good regional team atmosphere. - Excellent opportunity to climb the ladder.

Cons

- Big company sales objectives are big picture, which effects the way you do business with 15% of you customers. - More focus is on admin than actual sales, which means working late. - Some sales objectives are not realistic, e.g. expecting sales guys to visit a set number of customers a day, focusing on two key customers in a day is not an exception.
