You can exercise some works such as data analysis, customer value proposition, market value net, 3D modeling and tutorial materials.

Cons

You will not have enough teammates and time to deal with all problems, and have to make quick decisions and response some questions when your group was meeting with clients and organizations.

Relaxed workplace environment with flexitime and acceptance of home working when appropriate.

Cons

Lack of clear and consistent strategy, creative thinking and drive in many areas. Some senior managers fostering a silo mentality and a few senior manager punching below their weight. Very beaurocratic HR. Ridiculous 90 day payment terms
