Pros

I have worked various organizations in past and have experienced different management teams and work cultures, but I’ll must say RS is totally different from all of them. It is excellent to see how open and strong the administrations are and how they values to their employees at RS.

Cons

In winter too early office time.

Pros

Environment is very friendly at RS and the management is very supportive. On regular intervals RS arrange refreshment sessions, they celebrate birthday of each and every employee.

Cons

At RS cab facility is not available for Noida employees.

Pros

I found RS as great place to work. RS provides special benefits and incentives. It supports your work-life balance. Every month they celebrate birthday party for their employees. I must say RS treat their employees as their family.

Cons

None - don't really have any downside to share. It's a great place to work.
