Pros

Management sincerely values employees' work and treats everyone with respect, you get recognition and awards for work. Managers and directors treat you equally here. Generally you will find top management to come to courtyard and just speak to employee freely, not even work related. I found incredible work environment where you feel good and comfortable to work.
