      Pros

      1. Supportive work culture 2. Timely salary and variable payouts 3. Lots of peer training to keep yourself updated 4. You will get to work on payments domain with latest tech stack

      Cons

      1. Lot of conversations happen in local language, might be problem for who are not from this state but you can always open up and ask to communicate in English 2. Not much direct client interactions if you are working on a product rather than a project

      Only one client NPCI

      Pros

      Nothing...but salary will credited on time.

      Cons

      Bad management.only one client NPCI. Before completing LWD they have returned your laptop you will struggling for payslip and paper. After few days of joining you will fill like a pressure cooker as developer 😜.If you're interested in old technology then join.whole company depends on one person for doubts clear and suggestions.once in a week he has changed the development approach.

Due to COVID-19, there was a slowdown, however post covid, we have gained momentum and significantly growing. We encourage you to check the financial reports on our website.       Bad work culture

      1. It was once know as one of the best service based company in Kolkata. 2. Good company policy.(earlier) 3. Good Domain

      Cons

      I am sad to write cons as it's longer than the cons. 1. Office timings are set to 7 pm to 4am. Now I was the only lady employee working on those odd hours. But no concern ever received from management 2. organisation gets into a bad work culture because of few employees. There was a person who was neither a manager nor a scrum master not a technical guy who have serious behavioural issues & received backlashes various team, he was never ejected out nor he shown any sign of politeness. He was the worst asset of RS software. God saves the place where he have joined now. 3. No work life balance.
