There are no office timing .

Cons

Previously It was a great company with good work env..but after Visa (client), it has nothing good . No new project no work env infact they dont have any interest for any other client. They dont count your work. The only thing is there is politics and nothing else. People who are working there are not aware of new technology. If you are serious about your career pls dont join RS. There would not be any future and this is the current scenario.

Pros

Very good salary compared to other organisation, all new technologies being used in almost all the projects. Very good learning opportunities, It's more like a home than Office. Upper management is reachable all the time. Flexi timing.

Cons

Haven't seen any ever since I joined in 2016.

Great UX team and fairly forward-thinking in terms of technology Even as a contractor, I felt very well taken care of by the staff and am still in contact with many of the people there

Cons

Legacy systems don't facilitate fast delivery As a London office employee, you're required to travel to Corby several times a week, which can be tiring
