Saw the organisation to drop from Heaven to Hell

It was a great organisation before September 30th, 2015. Now, I can't list any pros.

Cons

Everything. Mismanagement, they treats employees as slaves, lost most of their precious employees in last 1 year.

Pros

Frequent onsite (USA) opportunity Primary client was VISA INC and over 90 % employees were working for ViSA Most of the projects are in Payment domain so you can learn the Payment processing in depth.

Cons

No other major client apart from VISA INC No innovation in Technology front No mindset to grow and looking to grow business Lack of aggressiveness No plan to train people with cutting edge technologies Senior management has lack of vision The biggest nightmare came true and finally, Visa Inc moved to other vedors and the company share prices and the employees got synced.

Pros

I was there for more than 5 years and it was the best workplace in kolkata and continuous onsite opportunity. But once the VISA project is gone the company started struggling and most of the old talented people are gone including me :) God bless RS Software, I will apply again once they get a good project.

Cons

Management and Sales team should work hard to get some good work.
