      Sharp people to work with and supportive middle management.

      Company is going through extensive changes which are being poorly manged. This are ad-hoc and communication is poor at best.

      Pros

      CEO Amit Yoran is the best thing that has happened to the company. The culture that he is trying to foster is one of great products, technical mastery and a fun environment that allows for innovation. Great people with a lot of passion who love the Security Industry and want to make the world a better place. Great Product and Customer focus happening.

      Cons

      Too many 'old boy club' Executives and poor managers who can't lead, causing good people to leave. While a lot of good changes are happening, still many that are needed and can't happen quick enough.
