3yWe appreciate this reviewer taking time to share comments about their experience at RTC. Thank you for sharing some “pros”. As for your “cons”, the recruitment process has definitely been slow in this tight labor market, but we are putting forth extra tools and feel we are making some headway recently. As for the heavy workload and high expectations, we’ll talk to managers to make sure this is being reviewed and addressed.
