Pros

Fun Fridays which is not a reason to consider employment with this company.

Cons

Company recruits great talent but is unable to keep people around. Not enough career opportunities and below pay compare to similar industries. Management focuses on what's best for RTC and not it's employees. Very high turn over. People are not inspired to stay.

Easy not too stressful 5 day work week , good for temp jobs or only wanting part time. Can work an be out by 220

Cons

Pay is low, not much room for promotions, favoritism is high here. Don’t like change, associates gossip about managers and each other very clicks
