      Pros

      Flexible schedule, interesting work and room for growth. My supervisor was great and she taught me a lot in terms of research

      Cons

      I was in Los Angeles and the other senior staff were in North Carolina. Consequently, I didn't have opporunities to interact with the senior research managers.

      Pros

      RTI allows staff to have a great work life balance and the ability to telecommute and have a flexible schedule are definite pluses! The staff are truly dedicated to their work, some of the smartest people you could ever meet work here and you can learn much from these individuals.

      Cons

      The communication among the divisions is atrocious. If you like working in an environment where you are constantly reinventing the wheel this is the place for you. The organization has it's hands in so many pots it is difficult to find any synergy across the entire organization. This company is mostly if not totally government work.
