I'm pretty surprised by some of the negative reviews. This was my first development job and it was a super nurturing and positive environment, I was there for about a year and a half. I worked with a lot of the same team on just a handful of projects, but I never saw any of the backstabbing, yelling, or drama that's mentioned in some recent reviews. All of the PM's I personally worked with, and those I didn't, seemed professional most of the time. Was given a lot of room to grow and professionally develop, but had to be a self-starter about it. I felt the atmosphere encouraged you to ask not just for equipment but opportunities to learn or work on different projects.

I worked with a great team, all team members are willing to help each other. They open to hear from each other and share feedback. They are knowledgable and always follow the right opinion no matter whom opinion is. Always try to expand their knowledge. Working on the most recent technologies, no legacy code since they use microservices architecture I don't think they will end up with this trap. Jyot (the CEO) promotes sharing feedback and team spirit. So, you will find ears that listen to you if you have concerns or new ideas. However, you may not even need to speak to Jyot; you only need to speak to the team and the team will pay attention to your feedback. The team I worked with was very responsive to my feedback. You show hard work in the team, you will be rewarded; the team will deliver that to the company. That doesn't mean you should solely depend on the team to ask for promotions but I'm saying you can count on your team to support you. RTS management isn't cheap, they are generous in terms of equipment, covering some expenses and you don't have to fill bunch of paper to get something. They are flexible in terms of coming in and out. You may take hours off in the day and you can make them up later. It's a trust relationship.
