If it were not for Jyot, Jane and the reputation of RTS Labs, I would have passed on this wonderful experience to work with some very talented people.

Cons

With so many yummy snacks and birthday celebrations, I gained a few pounds. Thankfully, the company offers gym membership reimbursement and weekly Yoga sessions.

The community and culture give employees the freedom to be themselves with casual dress, flexible work hours, and organic collaborative culture. If you enjoy solving complicated problems and taking responsibility you'll thrive.

Cons

Because the company is less than 100 employees a few negative non-contributors can bring down the morale and team outlook.
