The leadership is too greedy, arrogant, and fake. They claim to care for employees, but in reality, they want every employee to work brutal, exhausting, and stressful hours and handle multiple projects at once. It was ridiculous as it stole our peace!

I was constantly tossed into projects with unclear requirements, half-baked plans, and shifting expectations. The data infrastructure was a tangled mess that no one wanted to fix, so I spent most of my time firefighting instead of actually engineering. Deadlines were arbitrary, and every time I asked for clarity, I was told to “just make it work.” The turnover rate was brutal, and it made sense — the workload was crushing, and the lack of direction killed any motivation to stay. I left feeling like my talent had been squandered on patchwork and chaos.
