Shift pattern has good time off in places. Pay is good for the work. Good chances of progression within the site. Private health care.

Cons

Limited prospects within future thermal generation plants. No meaningful interaction with management. Undermanned constantly. Plant issues ignored. Manning issues ignored. Teams spend entire working day going between meetings with no real work done.

Very nice people and a great place to work. The main UK office is located in Swindon which has a really nice and interesting countryside to explore and go around.
