Great Benefits package. Decent Offices, specifically the Austin Office. Valhalla was far outside the city center and a bit run-down.

Cons

There was no cohesive vision for the company moving forward post-merger with ConEdison. They were constantly cutting off their own limbs and questioning why there were gaps in productivity. Also, the RTO "request" seemed very nonsensical, considering everyone was just as productive being remote.

Great Renewable Energy Company

Pros

Well resourced, and well positioned in the American renewable market. Able to withstand the government headwinds better than competitors. Smart people who believe in what they do. Benefits are awesome, PTO and medical in particular.

Cons

The training and onboarding process is not very formalized. I felt very much thrown into the fire pretty quickly. Technology and systems are a bit outdated and clunky.
