Helpful for my career but I do not like the company culture.

Pros

International experience in the exhibition market. Helpful to improve my communication skills. There are some interesting and nice co workers.

Cons

The competition in the company is not so transparent, I do not like the culture. Work as a sales person is not my cup of tea, though I did a fairly good job.

Pros

have read through some of the previous reviews, as well as the amusing rants about goings on in the office. It's been a bad place to work, that's the truth. however, there seem to be some signs things are improving. Some signs. It seems as if someone has listened to the concerns about the lack of delivery, and uncontrolled spending on flights, hotels and vacuous 'discovery sessions'.

Cons

Still a long way to go. There's still a lot of dead wood at many levels in the organisation.

Pros

There are no positives, senior managers engage in neopotism and have affairs with support staff in the finance group.

Cons

Senior managment has unrealistic expectations and goals, they do not want the truth, the pay is below market, they terminate people for no particualar reason, they are very political and do not judge people based on their performance, senior managers have had affairs with subordinates and have not been terminiated, while junior level people get terminiated constantly if they do not put in 50 hours weeks. Senior manangement is dishonest.
