Good location, nice enough people until they leave, working hours, nice office though it could be better, nothing else to add.

Cons

Poor management. Too many politics. Senior management setting bad example for new employees in terms of team spirit and work attitude. No career prospects. Extremely unrealistic expectations. Poor technology and serious lack of communication between departments and within teams. Detrimental office politics for new recruits. Big blaming culture. Senior management providing very little to zero training.

Shockingly bad project management.

Pros

Good hours. Friendly enough people, depending on the group you work in Nice location. Easy work.

Cons

Working on various projects on the software infrastructure of the company. Staffed 90% by contractors that had been here for 2-3 years without any evidence of delivery. Most contractors seem to be just going through the motions, not complaining too much to make sure they keep getting paid. Atmosphere of mediocrity. Blame culture is big - very defensive. Tendancy of management to hire experienced PMs, BAs, Technicians but not listen to their advice. No project management methodology. Staff hiding behind constant 'deadlines / panic' as an excuse for not doing a good job and consistently missing deadlines.

Management seemed to be in tune with what they were doing to keep the company growing. Always available for comments/concerns.

Cons

Long hours. No work/life balance. Benefits always changing. Need to travel alot with no days of. Unrealistic expectations. Marketing department not respected in company.
