Great co-workers and supportive peers. Opportunities to travel. Supportive culture.

Cons

Inability of leaders to manage teams’ expectations. Unachievable expectations and goals need to be met in order to receive base commission promised during interviewing. Poorly made development plans. Expectation of employees to develop, grow, and learn on their own, while leaders looks over self completed development plan, sign, and submit, and don’t understand why employees do not feel valued.
