      Pros

      Great people, nice offices, and when I was there their own coffee shop. Some great managers. Good location next to train station. Fair pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Senior management very flawed in terms of the power certain leader/s in Marketing wield, leveraging their friendships in HR to expel staff they don't like. Massive lack of control over leadership accountability, behaviour and actions - impact seen very powerfully several years ago with the decimation of a great I.T. department.

      Terrible place to work, atrocious top line management

      Fun to work on pop culture shows, especially if you're a fan.

      Cons

      You have to be one of the "chosen few" and worship at the altar of top management to get anywhere in the company. Terrible structure, unrealistic expectations, and generally terrible place to work. Tons of bullying from top management. Hate you if you try and stick up for yourself. UK pop culture shows are absolutely terrible. Forced all of the talented people out with their terrible culture.

      The team members who work there are lovely. You will make friend for life. But this should no be the reason to work for this toxic place that endorses bullying.

      Cons

      Serious issues with management. Management do not care about you or your progression No pay increases even though the company sits under a 44 billion dollar organisation Negate on bonus and poor bonus structure Poor pay- other event organisers are offering a lot more
