      Continuous learning, good team environment.

      Cons

      Communication from Leadership is lacking on a consistent basis. Town Halls regarding organizational growth is good, but not specific to areas of concern for the minions. The longer you work there the less you make compared to new-hires.

      Base pay for many entry level/lower tier positions is low for location and cost of living Not always a transparent expectation of what it takes to advance internally It is often a grind, but it can pay off to those who work hard and are competent and reliable team members
