      Good job feedback , supportive of working to promote yourself. Rxo university online training is a nice perk.

      Like anywhere some supervisors communicate more than others.

      Flexible,easy work, flexible schedule, not hard

      Cons

      LOW PAY, only higher ups receive a raise that actually makes a difference, lacks diversity, lacks growth, lacks training, and absolutely no culture
