      none of the offices are on the same page. The gainesville office thinks they are special for some reason and most of them are extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Takes forever to book a load now as legacy rxo reps refuse to use offer manager.

      Pros

      Good job straight out of college. Other than that don't work here.

      Cons

      There is no career opportunity, I have worked my butt off here for 3 years and I was told by management "We don't really do raises here". If you want a job and want to learn Logistics, sure apply, if you are looking for a carreer or any oppurtunity, look elsewhere. Why work at a place where you cant earn more money?
