Where do I even start??? When I started working for racetrac, the place was a mess. I helped get it back where it needed to be and things began running smoothly, there was actually a time when the management cared. Fast forward to like 2018, it started deteriorating, people became lazy, call offs became the new normal, now skeleton crews are the new normal, which in turn, creates unrealistic expectations, I only work 2 days a week now. Easy schedule right??? Well, guess again,by the time my days off roll around, I feel like I worked a full 40 hours.... I have some advice for all the young people working for this company... Get whatever training you can out of this company, and go somewhere else better, don't stay for years and years, there's so much better out there....
