Nepitistic, cheap, unprofessional, poor work environment

I have never seen a company changing that many directions in a short period of time. They talk a lot about employees and how they are so important, I will say “they don’t practice what they preach”, they just tell you whatever is need it to keep you motivated or shut your mouth for a while. It is not a employees company whatsoever, no respect for employees. It’s a constantly fight between main offices in GA, offices in Tampa and the stores, no team work. They try to get themselves in trouble as much as they can “their worst enemy and competition are inside their own walls”. As the career side, it doesn’t exist if you don’t know somebody. Store manager doesn’t have any opportunity if they are not part of the “group”. Biggest Example: managers working for 3, 4, 5 years don’t get event a chance for an interview to go to the next level, after working hard for the company. The position will be going for somebody who got a year or less, because they had to fill the spot “better somebody you know”. Now , you got new bosses with no experience or enough training.
