Decent pay, weekends off. Benefits are on the upper side.

Cons

Not valued as an employee, their viewpoint: you can be replaced by people who are struggling in this economy that come from a business professional back ground but have no idea how to run the business and they don't have the work ethics for the position.

Pros

Not difficult to get hired and reasonable pay for management positions. The job is not mentally difficult and they have a pretty good benefit package.

Cons

A 24/7 work place means there are some crazy hours. Management tends to reward their friends more than the people who actually work and perform the expected tasks. Associates only work part time while management is expected to work 47 hours or more. Little time for a life outside of work.
