A great place for an employee in any functional area to work and get experience to take somewhere else.

Pros

Good chance for advancement in growing company. A great place to earn a lot of responsibility and experience quickly. Competitive pay and benefits. Very results oriented. If you get results you get more responsibility, pay, promotions. Industry leading company in many areas. Family owned company.

Cons

Competitor focus. Executive management is focused on competitors and not the customer. This results in many copy-cat projects and work that not in alignment with overall company strategy. Changes in strategic direction. Changes in strategic direct are made fairly often wasting time and resources and causing occasional firings/layoffs of employees ramped up to pursue these failed strategies. Some family members in positions they are not capable of carrying out.
