We want to thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is apparent that you thought deeply about your message and care about our Mission and Vision. Racker takes your concerns very seriously and to ensure we improve as an organization, we need constant feedback from our staff members. In order to continue to support people with disabilities and their families to lead fulfilling lives, we recently focused our efforts into new strategic goals that we believe will address your concerns, especially the need for a work/life balance for our employees. In addition, we have recently hired our new Director of Residential and their Assistant Director. It is an effort to ensure our skilled staff can effectively support people with disabilities we are dedicated to creating and continuing to foster an organizational culture of belonging.
