      Pros

      The integrity of the agency and its mission are in keeping with my beliefs. The work is hard and rewarding. I have autonomy, am appreciated and supported.

      Cons

      The work is very emotionally challenging and demanding which is why its called work I guess.

      Supportive, respectful, encouraging, works with you to make you better at your job, community based and minded.

      Cons

      Although they continue to work on salaries, they can keep us from hiring new people.

      Procedures that are friendly and do not assume a one-size-fits-all approach. Co-workers who are dedicated, compassionate, and fun. Future focus on what's best for staff and people served.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do and not much downtime.
