      Avoid - it has become a toxic workplace

      Pros

      The clients and there are a few good people still around. Slowing disappearing as you can clearing see by the amount of openings.

      Cons

      Too many toxic people. Being led by an Executive Director that wants to rid of long term employees and his answer is to do their job himself. When the reality is that he is not qualified to do their jobs. There are no standard practices. Salaries are inconsistent and money is thrown at people when they do point this practice out. Dr. Racker was a wonderful woman and she would be devastated to see what this place has become. Staff leadership development is non-existent at this point. People are asked to falsify documentation.

      The clients are wonderful. Staff work hard at their jobs.

      Cons

      Management is only interested in money. HR doesn’t take complaints seriously. Executive Director thinks he can do everyone’s job.

      Rewarding, but challenging work.

      Great community, very rewarding to work with individuals and their families, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Poor communication between supervisors and between supervisors and staff, low wages.
