      The clients are wonderful. Staff work hard at their jobs.

      Cons

      Management is only interested in money. HR doesn’t take complaints seriously. Executive Director thinks he can do everyone’s job.

      Poor communication between supervisors and between supervisors and staff, low wages.

      Management shuffles you all over from one facility to the next with no warning. Pay is horrible for what you do. They always need help but they dont treat the help they have very good
