      Pros

      Most team directors are amazing and fair. CEO is the most dedicated and compassionate leader. Lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up unless you're a favorite. A lot of employee burnout.

      Not the worst.

      The organization has high goals, and work with a wide range of persons. The individual parts work better than the whole.

      Cons

      Employee turnover/burnout. Low Wages.

      Pros

      Truly invested in developing the skills and careers of the people who work there, at all levels. Offers tuition reimbursement, which I have used.

      Cons

      The work is challenging, but if you bring a positive attitude it is incredibly rewarding.
