Pros

The majority of the classroom staff and therapists! Staff are supportive of each other and give so much love and guidance to the children.

Cons

The administrative staff were not supportive of the staff. Director was seldom in the classroom observing or interacting with children or staff. You only saw them if there was an issue. Not consistent with policies from one staff to another.

Lying, deceitful management wo have no respect for employees. Does not fairly compensate employees, interested in not overworking employees without compensation only because the law is changing.
