Pros

The residents! They do pay time off if you can find time to take off. There's really no break even most of the time no time for lunch

Cons

Management is poor. Lots of bullying allowed. Good hard working staff get booted out or burnt out and leave therefore there's a huge turn over rate (plus there is no appreciation for workers). Low pay/salary. Management favoritism. Management does not follow up or follow through. Many administration and management put on a show when there's family involvement. If the individual doesn't have family racker higher managers do not care. Etc...

Pros

Flexible schedules, nice and friendly co- workers. There is also plenty of room for upward career advancement which is encouraged.

Cons

There are not many daytime-weekday shifts available, so it's not always ideal schedules. There is, however, a generous allotment of vacation time.
