Great company for Work and Growth

Pros

I have been associate with Rackspace for more than 1 year, I got a lot of learning while working. I got the opportunity to work on Latest Tech Stack like K8s, Docker, Multicloud, Automation, GoLang development, CICD, ELK, and so on. Great Salary Structure. Awesome and easily reachable Management (Including higher management). No Micro Management. WFH Facility.

No future for US engineers

Smart coworkers, great work life balance, competitive benefits

Cons

The company is in the process of offshoring the majority of their US engineers to low cost regions. Every year they have another large layoff and hire the same positions offshore. I left when I did not get a raise for two years and all but three engineers of my nine person team had been offshored.
