Pros

Fairly stable company in the here and now. Benefits are pretty good. Nice to see a company doing well outside of the big tech hubs. Plenty of opportunity to lead here.

Cons

Upper management unwilling to take significant risks or set direction without backpedaling. Mired in process and a strange level of adherence to OpenStack, even to their own demise.
