      Pros

      Rackspace is one of the 'best places to work certified' company. With great culture and gives you opportunities to gain exposure on cyber security. Its culture is to encourage it employees to keep learning & growing. It is one of the companies which offers great salary packages. Also appreciate employee efforts in true values. Wfh is also great relief for employees who are supporting from distance locations. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      Company need to work on gaining more good projects as due to Macroeconomics factors company lost many customers & this many times lead to firing of its employees.
