- Retention - it seem like a lot of the extremely talented people have left - Projects - the current scope of the projects was on a deline. It was the same old projects time after time without a lot of room for growth or trying something new - Leadership - leadership was extremely disconnected from the employees. They would implement initiatives that had a huge effect on their employees with little knowledge of how it actually effected the day to day

Leadership goals are short-sighted and selfish. The overall company strategy is aimless. Collaborative atmosphere disappearing as teams are more and more siloed. Attrition is really poor; most tenured Rackers who made the company what it was have left, and folks keep leaving in waves. Transparency is completely gone; leadership crafts narratives as they see fit, but don’t seem to realize investors and any employees who have been there longer than a year are not fooled. Employees are stretched thin and underpaid, with decreasing job security as more roles are offshores. Company is trying to solve for poor business strategy and subpar profitability with low wages.
