You're right there is a great deal of growth opportunity present here, additionally we understand that that isn't for everyone nor is it the main reason most of our employees start here. There are a number of contributing factors that individuals enjoy at our firm that can often lead to seeing and understanding the opportunity present down the road as well. For some, the prospect of running their own business in a year can be quite scary, it is only once they understand all the tools that are in place to help individuals progress and succeed that this becomes much more achievable and thus then, attainable. We love the enthusiasm for the opportunity but also understand that there is a lot to go with it as well.
