Pros

The staff is very kind and inviting, Unfortunately they use that to recruit people who are unaware of predatory business practices.

Cons

After I applied I had heard back almost immediately. I was mildly suspicious because that has not been my experience with almost any job. I went ahead anyway because I thought it might be a symptom of being a small business. My initial interview was a small group interview, not uncommon but I was not previously made aware. I was interviewed by an entry level employee. In this first interview, they asked us pretty standard questions and I believe all of us made it to the next round of interviews. I was scheduled for a next day interview with the first interviewer's immediate supervisor. She was very kind and inviting so I was hoping this would be a good interview. It was less of an interview and more of a seminar. I had to stop her after she explained the corporate and promotional structure. She explained that you start as an entry level employee who will help to recruit your own team of 3-5 entry level sales people, who will then do the same. This is how you promote, you build a team underneath you to make sales while you take a share of profits. I had to stop my interview then. It was not an interview, but a meeting to get you to buy in to the company before you are "hired". The entire process moves very quickly so prospective sales people do not have time to become suspicious of this business model. If you are unaware of how predatory MLMs are, please do some research and learn the signs. DO NOT quit your job to join this company. They are the people selling cabinets in Costco, they are not working a glamorous job. For those of you still considering applying or signing on, these are some major signs that a company is running and MLM: -Pressure to join quickly -Pressure to recruit employees so you can promote -Emphasis on training and products -Unclear pay structure All of these signs were displayed in the total of ten minutes I was in the interview. I understand not sharing trade secrets with interviewees, however I am certain the only reason I understood the business model and payment structure because I am familiar with MLMs. I was in one before and was lucky to get out. Please understand that this is not a typical job and there are plenty of legitimate jobs out there.
