Good Growth Opportunity

Pros

Fun team environment where I felt encouraged to grow. It was great to see strong female leadership and have such a diverse team. Definitely saw a lot of personal change and development as I pushed outside of my comfort zone. I was able to also build my bank account and learn more about how to budget. Great experience!

Cons

The office space when I worked there was kind of small (I think they moved to a new office now). Only real con I had was that I definitely was challenged a lot to grow in my accountability and my work ethic. Overall worth it, but definitely pushed me. I would recommend Rad and Susan for sure.

Pros

The Team, the growth and the pay made this the best job I’ve had!! Susan was the best mentor I could’ve asked for and the team made the days exciting to go to work and save a ton of money for myself. Really grateful to have been able to grow with this company.

Cons

Honestly no cons in my experience I loved every minute of it!

Pros

Something that may add value to potential candidates, is that, through my experience and relationship with Rad Marketing Agency there has been incredible growth for me both professionally and personally. This was an unexpected treat! The management program they have is great and the director Susan is a great example of a strong leader! She has great advice for individuals looking to pursue the need skill sets to become upper level managment.

Cons

No major cons here. From my experience there has been nothing but positive growth. I hope this helps!
