Pros

Company culture like no other. It feels great to be surrounded by like minded individuals who push you to be successful. The travel opportunities are amazing as well! Overall, I’ve never felt so happy to show up to work every day!

Cons

Must be able to deal with rejection.

Rad Marketing is great if you are someone who wants to get familiar with sales. Most of your work will be conducted selling some sort of product or service in a store like Costco using face to face sales techniques to close on the deals.

Cons

Rad Marketing Agency is a sales agency. They are a company that provides sales associates to a vendor, it is typically referred to as "vendor-managed sales" or "outsourced sales." In this arrangement, the company hires and trains sales associates who are then deployed to work on behalf of the vendor (ex. AT&T), typically in a retail environment (ex. Costco).

Dear Reviewer, Thank you so much for your honest feedback! We are sorry to hear that you feel you were misled as that was not at all our intention. Sales and marketing are very intwined terms and sometimes that does cause confusion, for that we apologize. However, we do practice sales whether it be lead generation or direct marketing it all falls within that category and we are upfront about that throughout the hiring process. We will say that judging by your review the explanation you received on our day to day operations was limited to the basics of an entry level role at our firm. An entry level role here does just involve sales; however, our goal as a company is growth and development beyond entry level. We have many opportunities for further growth beyond that available. We are sorry that this was not properly relayed to you as that is a core aspect of our culture here. We wish you the best of luck on your search and will look into what's being said throughout the interview process to ensure uniformity throughout. Thank you!

Great managerial opportunity!

Pros

- It's a merit based business. They offer lots of opportunities based on our performance. For example, if you love to travel, when the opportunity arises, we are given the option to visit/work in other markets. All expenses paid trip. - Their bonus structure is uncapped. So you can make as much money as you need with the time you’ve allocated for yourself that week. - I gained experience and knowledge not just on how to implement marketing tactics but also how to run a team/ business. The leadership skills I’ve learned here have allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself in ways to continue growing professionally. - The culture was by far my favorite part of the job. Everyone is so supportive of one’s goals. We are all great friends. From the moment I walked in through their doors for my 3rd round interview everyone was super inviting and as I got to meet everyone I quickly got a feel of the culture they highly spoke of on my 2nd round interviews.

Cons

Is not your typical 9-5pm job.
