Pros

Unlike many companies that allow advancement after several years of work and overtime and ups and downs of terrible pay, RAD gives the opportunity to run your own company and office out of the hundreds in the nation already, only after a few months of hard work rather than years.

Cons

Promotions are earned by hard work, if you aren’t ready to put in effort then this is not for you.

Pros

Great atmosphere and dynamic built within the office. Most importantly, i appreciate the owner being heavily involved and hands on with the development of the employees, not only in business aspect, but personal aspect as well. Great exposure to network of individuals who are in the shoes of 1% of wealthy America as well.

Cons

Anything that was considered a negative was constantly being worked on and being developed within the office
