Pros

Management is extremely supportive and focused on employee growth. There is a clear growth structure in place and straightforward requirements for promotions within company. The culture is amazing! Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming! Employees and management go above and beyond to make sure I felt part of the team since day 1!

Cons

It is fast paced growth. If someone is not comfortable in fast pacing settings this may not be the best fit.
