Pros

This was what I consider my first "big girl" job and I'm so thankful for the opportunity. The entire leadership team was so welcoming and helpful and it made the transition for college to the workforce so much less scary! From my first conversation with the recruiter, Crystal, I was so excited to learn more! I feel like I definitely grew as a professional and had a ton of hands on experience during my time here!

Cons

The position does require a good work ethic as they only promote from within, so there was turnover from people who weren't able to put in work. It was pretty easy to see who the motivated people were and who was just there for a paycheck.

We also appreciate your note on commission-based work—our goal is motivate individuals with a structure where effort and results are rewarded while also making sure they can pay their bills; thus every role available at our firm has a guaranteed base pay, the employee receives either the base or comissions, whichever is higher. All employees are w2, there are no 10-99 roles available here.
