      TMP is a great place to work, especially for someone right out of college

      Pros

      I have been working at TMP for two years and I love it. I started working here right after I graduated college and thanks to TMP, it was an easy transition for me. Everyone that works here is really nice and willing to help you learn. I'm not afraid to ask questions because everyone here is helpful in guiding you in the right direction. TMP is also a fun place to work. The CEO provides candy for the whole office and there is a leisure league that provides monthly events for the whole company to enjoy, like going to a minor league baseball game. TMP is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only thing I would say is that there should be a better dress code. Some people dress professional and some people will wear sweats to work. I think everyone should have to dress professional. Presentation is everything and when we have clients come into the office we should make sure everyone looks presentable.

      Pros

      TMP has massive resources. We had creative people who were not only super talented but who totally valued the client and were happy to step in help. There are no Prima Donnas at TMP but you will not work with a collection of smarter people anywhere!

      Cons

      Everyone in my office worked a 10 hour day or longer. I wish the company could provide more flexible work schedule options or the ability work from home. That would have helped tremendously.

      Pros

      life in the office was fun while I was there and since I'm still good friends with a lot of people there, I know they continue to live life like the 21st century equivalents of Don Draper and company.

      Cons

      despite working in recruitment advertising and talking all day about why you should work for a client because they offer great work-life balance, open communications, etc., TMP management is surprisingly tone deaf about actually valuing those ideals. HR is basically non-existent; I was only aware that someone held that title when they sent me an unfriendly letter explaining how they were cutting my hours in half. I could probably go on all day.
