I worked with the CVPA Public Relations department. It was an excellent experience where I was able to learn a lot about office politics and real world demands. Overall, the work environment was great, and I enjoyed it greatly.

Cons

The pay sucks, but it looks good on your resume.

Pros

Univ Serv Dept was very friendly, encouraged a a good work-life balance, did not micro manage, and business casual environment. RU overall, quaint, easy to network, most departments were friendly and easy to work with. Great Benefits!

Cons

A little behind in technology; unorganized, always having to dig deep to get answers; major budget cuts are starting; down on student enrollment; low-salary compared to other Universities; they only offer one free class per semester; Small town mentality.

Pros

Small town atmosphere, friendly students and faculty, growing university. I had my own office for 1 year but had to share the next.

Cons

As an adjunct professor, I wasn't included in any department activities, meetings, or professional development activities. I felt very isolated.
