Pros
Great benefits. Beautiful Campus. Much of the staff are dedicated and wonderful. But definitely not all. Nice Break at Christmas. Working with the students is great.
Cons
Much of the Leadership that has been there over 15 or more years is what's bleeding the employees. Critical areas can't keep a manager. I think in 5 years we had 5 different directors. Turnover is horrible. Pay in most areas (not all) is embarrassingly low. They won't flex with the times. 8-4:30 bankers hours, Hybrid work is non existent unless you are teaching or a favorite. It may be getting better with the President. But no one is listening to the employees. The exit interview process is embarrassing. It's a shame, When I was a student there it seems pretty amazing.
