Pros

Decent pay. Great co-workers. Friendly environment.

Cons

After Innotrac's merger with Ebay enterprise OS, the terminations and job eliminations began, they eliminated over 700 positions nationwide. My position was eliminated even after management was told that they would need to fill that position eventually. After 3 months, they ended up posting a less skilled position at a much lower pay rate to help fill the void of my position and my IT co-worker had to cover the entire desktop and server responsibilities in the interim, doubling his already full workload. No real appreciation for employee dedication.

Pros

Remote work available for some teams. The Boynton office (still) has some great technical minds.

Cons

The company has hitched their fortunes to providing ecommerce middleware & supporting software that are that most are hitched to a dying business - brick and mortar retail. Many of their big clients are either bankrupt or on life support. In an era of automobiles Radial is still making buggy whips. Don't expect much facetime with family during the holidays. Its all hands on deck for just about the entire company from October - Christmas. The company has been through numerous buyouts, most recently by bpost which seems to have underestimated the company's expenses related to benefits. I'd expect them to continue to cut headcount & benefits to keep their investors happy.
