Pros

Our leadership team is forward thinking, progressive and very talented. Tremendous resources are funneled into clinical quality, clinical initiatives and physician leadership. Local practices maintain autonomy and their local identity while benefiting from the capabilities and resources made available by RP.

Cons

The practice is growing rapidly and trying to manage the growth is challenging.

Pros

The only notable advantage is the ability to work from home. I wish I had paid closer attention to these reviews before deciding to apply - who ever is reading this - please do not apply here.

Cons

Their billing system Imagine is highly inefficient and prone to frequent issues. I’ve never encountered a system with this many problems in my entire career. These ongoing issues have left employees feeling frustrated, This system belong in TRASH.. Favoritism is prevalent, creating an unfair work environment. There’s a significant lack of accountability among leadership, which further contributes to inefficiencies. Processes are constantly being changed, but these changes rarely lead to meaningful resolutions. They don't close there books like normal business do- they always soft close and are 4-5 months behind in closing- Not sure if clients are aware of this process. Training is inadequate—The training lacks depth, structure, and practical value, leaving employees unprepared to handle tasks effectively or to figure things out on their own The offshore team is excellent and highly capable, but they are managed poorly and treated with a lack of respect, often being made to feel like just a number rather than valued contributors Under Paid and over worked.
